Intimate Online Reiki 1 Training Saturday March 2nd & Sunday March 3rd 6::00-10pm EST.
Reiki is a very gentle and intuitive way to meet your inner healer.
Reiki has been known to accelerate the healing and regeneration process after injury or illness. It increases overall stillness of mind and promotes a general sense of well being.
Reiki induces deep relaxation, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and helps the body and mind release tension, stress, and anxiety.
Deep healing occurs once the relaxation response is activated, and while seeing other healers is always recommended and going to workshops and classes is very enriching, no healing is more profound than the one you can give to yourself.
In this training we will cover:
The history of Reiki, Mikao Usui, and the first Reiki Masters.
The Reiki Precepts, Gokai.
Reiki 1 Attunement, Reiji Ho.
Reiki Invocation and how to build a Reiki Altar.
Reiki Self Treatment and Healer Hygiene.
Reiki Spirit Guide Guided Meditation.
Reiki Treatment of others.
Space is limited. Trainees will receive certification upon conclusion of Training.
Please eat something light and warm before class. Fruit and Tea will be provided.
