The breath is a teacher. It is medicine, and our connection to both the physical and non-physical realms. It is a light that can penetrate deep within, helping us see what our unconscious minds have forgotten or have hidden from us. Conscious breathing helps us heal trauma, tension and pain that gets stored in the body over time. It can calm an overactive mind, inspire a new vision, prepare us for sleep, or wake us up to a new day.
In times of uncertainty, the breath is an anchor that can keep us grounded , focused, and healthy. It is a direct reflection of how we feel and how our body is functioning. As we learn to take control of our breath, we learn to take control of how we respond to what’s happening in our lives.

Avery Whitmore is a passionate healing artist, shamanic sound therapist and bodyworker based in California. Offering private, group and corporate experiences to facilitate expansion of consciousness and self-liberation through sound and breath.
Nicole Adriana Casanova is a student of Maestro Manuel Rufino, a Taino Elder who founded the Golden Drum educational center in Brooklyn.
Nicole is a writer, poet, storyteller, and sacred song carrier. A 200 RYT Yoga Alliance certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, a certified Reiki Master in the Usui and Karuna Reiki Riojo, a Shamanic Practitioner, a Human Movement teacher, and Magical Awakening Practitioner. Nicole blends decades of expertise in the wellness and holistic field to create one-of-a-kind empowerment experiences in groups as well as one-on-one settings. As a Soul Architect, Nicole bridges practices and teachings from various wisdom traditions around the world, with intuitive knowledge and practical know how to create one of a kind blueprints of empowerment, healing, and remembrance.
This Online Reiki Prayer Circle is available to individuals who are attuned to Reiki as well as those who have not been attuned but feel called to receiving Reiki Energy Healing and sharing prayers within a healing space.
