Flowers. We all love them. They decorate our homes, brighten our days, we wear them as perfume, they are the perfect gift to celebrate, mourn, or uplift. They each have their own beautiful and perfect medicine...
Flowers have been used by ancient cultures the world over to administer sacred rites. In this flower healing ceremony, co-facilitated by Nicole Adriana Casanova and Brooke Hamre Gillespie, you will be introduced to an ancient flower initiation of the Peruvian Andes. Passed to us by Quechua descendant and grammy award winning artist, Tito La Rosa, we will share the three layers of this sacred ceremony and healing with you.
In this three hour workshop you will be introduced to basic Quechua Mythology. We will meditate on the connection between the colors of the flower petals and certain aspects of our lives, we will co-create a beautiful large flower mandala using the knowledge of these sacred connections, and we will create a sacred cross where we will each be given the opportunity to share healing, blessings, and receive initiations, support, and activation.
Please drink plenty of water before coming to this ceremony! Feel free to bring any items you would like to have charged on the altar.
Space is limited to 24 people.
