The Bloom


The Bloom is a 40 Day Journey within community to create new healthy, happy habits in harmony with the season of Spring. Beginning on March 23rd and ending on May 1st, we will dive into self love surrounded by friends and supported by our actions.

Like plants, we need each other to thrive. Diverse species build healthy, resilient ecosystems based in interdependence, resource sharing, and trust. The Bloom builds upon the intelligent design of nature to provide a container that is nurturing, safe, proactive, and motivating. We operate as sacred mirrors and pollinate one another to achieve our goal.

The Bloom is designed for anyone who wants to add healthy habits to their daily routine, but needs support and accountability in doing so. Understanding that it takes a “normal” person 2—10 weeks to develop the neural pathways that are structurally necessary for a new habit to form, The Bloom is a launch pad full of simple daily practices, rituals, and disciplines that are easy to repeat and be consistent with.

So why is it hard to make new habits…

As it turns out, our brains are naturally wired toward familiarity. Instant gratification gives us the the short-term dopamine hit we need to believe we actually feel good doing what we’re doing. And it’s likely that our environment supports our behavior, either because we made it that way or because certain lifestyles are deeply entrenched is the socio cultural pathos. Bad habits are hard to kick because we repeat them again and again and again, and more often than not, we are isolated and lack the support system we need to find ourselves in a better state.

But change is possible, health is attainable, and feeling good isn’t a myth… it’s all just a commitment. Committing to our health and happiness is the best thing anyone of us can do for our lives. From a full cup, we can pour our love, magic, radiance and passion into our projects, families, partnerships, and service.

This is for you if:

  • You are wanting to develop healthy habits and want to explore a variety of them to see what lands for you.

  • You are feeling isolated at a time of transition and need a support system.

  • You are coming out of the winter doldrums and need motivation to launch into spring.

  • You have a strong intention to manifest a project and want to magnetize it through community and discipline.

  • You love being in circle and know that something magical happens each time you join.

What’s included:

  • 3 zoom group calls on Sunday March 23rd, Sunday April 13th, and Thursday May 1st 7:00-9:30pm EDT

  • 10 time-tested, ancient and modern science backed rituals and practices to uplevel your quality of life (each will be 1 hour or less).

  • Weekly Oracle Card Readings, Astrological Insights, and a place to ask questions through our whatsapp.

  • Weekly spotify playlists to keep you moving, focused and grateful.

  • Assignment to an accountability pod. Each person will be assigned 1-3 accountability friends throughout the journey. You will be each other’s biggest cheerleaders and support system, making sure that everyone in your pod is reaching their goal. You will take turns running point and checking on your friends to help them track their progress and inspire your own.

  • Daily practices will be released via Whatsapp every 4 days.
