Reiki is an ancient energy system that is often time referred to as a new age energy healing modality.

Reiki has been known to accelerate the healing and regeneration process after injury or illness. It increases overall clarity of mind and promotes a general sense of well being. 

Reiki is used in over 600 Hospitals in the Country, implemented in teaching hospitals as a tool for caretaker hygiene and offered to patients as a part of palliative care and trauma recovery.

Reiki induces deep relaxation, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and helps the body and mind release tension, stress, and anxiety.

Deep healing occurs once the relaxation response is activated and the brain moves from the beta wave stage into the alpha and delta wave stages.

Reiki works with the electromagnetic body, also known as the subtle body, chakras or meridians. Like acupuncture, Reiki helps to unblock and redirect energy, and in a non-invasive way it reblances the mind-body connection.

In this 50-minute distance Reiki session we will talk about how you’re feeling physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. You will be given the opportunity to share about anything specific that you would like to address as well as set an intention for our session.
