Nicole Adriana Casanova has been a practitioner of yoga and meditation for over 20 years. Nicole has guided 1000s of people, many groups, families, organizations, and C-Level Executives through transformational experiences of mindfulness, self awareness, consciousness raising, healing, and both personal and group empowerment.

Nicole has travelled the world as a pilgrim, an initiate, and a servant of peace, studying with wisdom keepers from across humanity’s sacred traditions. She has facilitated and supported retreats and works in the US, Mexico, Guatemaya, Peru, Greece, France, Egypt, India, and beyond.

She has guided Best Selling Authors, Diplomats, Parents, Artists, Teenagers, Families, World Renowned Musicians, Healers, Entrepreneurs, Cancer Patients, Life Coaches, Couples, Families and more.

With over 20 years of study in traditional knowledge and healing, yoga, nutrition, meditation, ayurveda, sound healing, community building, non-violent communication, new age healing systems, astrology, tarot, and well being practices in her tool belt, she combines ancient wisdom and technology with practical knowledge and actions to provide a solid springboard for people to empower themselves to live a good life based in true love, wisdom, trust, accountability, equanimity, truthfulness, health and understanding.
